Mental Math Challenge (mobile application)

Mental Math Challenge is an offline keypad practice tool for timed mental math drills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and mixed modes). You type answers on a keypad, track streaks and accuracy, review mistakes, pin favorites, run an optional daily seeded practice set, and export a local JSON backup if you choose. The practices below apply to Mental Math Challenge V1.0 and take precedence over more general website statements where they conflict for that app.

  • On-device only: Practice runs, mistakes, favorites, stats, streaks, calendar marks, and settings stay on your device. V1.0 does not require an account or cloud sync.
  • No upload: App practice data is not uploaded to MORATRIX LLC or third-party servers in V1.0. Progress is meant to stay on this device.
  • No ads / no analytics SDKs: V1.0 contains no advertising SDKs and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
  • Not collected: The app is not designed to collect contacts, location, or advertising identifiers.
  • Optional sound and haptics: Feedback when you submit answers can be turned off; core drills work with both off.
  • Optional local reminders: Practice reminders are off by default, scheduled on the device only, and are never required for practice. Notifications fire only if you enable reminders and allow them in system settings.
  • Offline JSON export: Backup uses the Android system file picker. You choose where the file is saved; nothing is uploaded by the export flow.
  • Clear data: You can permanently remove local history, mistakes, favorites, and reset settings from within the app. Uninstalling generally removes the app’s private local data.
  • We do not sell personal information.

What may be stored locally in the app

Depending on how you use Mental Math Challenge, the following may be stored in on-device storage and is not uploaded to MORATRIX LLC. Because this data remains on your device, we cannot remotely access, recover, or delete it from our servers. If a local save fails, you may retry or discard the unfinished save from within the app.

  • Timed run results (scores, accuracy, duration, difficulty, mode, and streak)
  • Mistake history and pinned favorite expressions
  • Stats by operation and local practice calendar marks
  • Daily practice completion state tied to the device date
  • App settings (sound, haptics, default duration/difficulty, reminder preference)
  • JSON backup files you choose to save via the system file picker

Website — information we collect

If you email or call us, we receive the information you choose to share (such as your name, email address, phone number, and message content). This site does not operate a server-side contact database.

As of this policy date, we do not embed third-party analytics or advertising pixels on moratrix.cloud.

These website practices do not apply to Mental Math Challenge V1.0 local app data, which is not uploaded to us.

How we use information

For the website and support email, we use contact details to respond to inquiries about company information, services, or the app, and to maintain ordinary business records.

For Mental Math Challenge V1.0, local app data is used only to provide practice features on your device (timed drills, history, stats, favorites, reminders you enable, and exports you initiate). Because V1.0 does not upload practice content to us, we do not use that content for marketing, profiling, or advertising.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Mental Math Challenge practice content is not transmitted to us in V1.0. For website or email contact, we may share information if required by law or to protect legal rights.

Retention

Email and call records are retained as needed for business correspondence and then deleted or archived according to ordinary practice.

Mental Math Challenge local data retention is controlled by you on the device (clear data, delete favorites/mistakes where available, or uninstall). JSON backup files you saved remain under your control unless you delete them.

Your choices

Contact shannon@moratrix.cloud to ask questions about information you have sent us by email or phone.

For on-device Mental Math Challenge data, use in-app Clear data or uninstall the app — we cannot access that local content from our servers.

Children

The website and Mental Math Challenge are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website or the app.

Updates

We may update this policy and will revise the date above when we do. If a future app version needs network features, accounts, ads, analytics, or additional permissions, we will update this Privacy Policy before that change takes effect.
